LAISVIE ANDREA OCHOA

Laisvie Andrea Ochoa is a Colombian-Lithuanian choreographer, inclusive dance expert and video artist. She studied the Master in Choreography COMMA (CODARTS / Fontys) and the somatic-based education ELAP (Embodied Life Art Program) in the Netherlands. She is the leader of “ConCuerpos", the pioneer inclusive dance company in Colombia where mixable dancers come together to develop artistic, educational and research projects. Currently, she is starting ConCuerpos in the Netherlands and developing an artistic language grounded in the concept of Universal Accessibility. This involves integrating Sign Language and audio description seamlessly into the dramaturgy of the work, using them not only as access tools but as expressive means.
