FRANZISKA SCHNEEBERGER [MFK BOCHUM]

Franziska Schneeberger, who grew up in Munich, has been living in Bochum for several years. She works between performance, visual art and text in artistic, theoretical and mediating contexts. Her interest lies in dissecting traditional arrangements of knowledge. In exhaustion of language and movement she works in and on public places. Besides MFK Bochum, Franziska is also part of the artistic elective family OLIVER as well as a repeated collaborator of the group äöü and Ruhrorter and RUHRORTER. In 2020, Franziska graduated from the Scenic Research program with the exhibition performance "landscaping gestures" at Kunsthaus Essen, which took place again in Bratislava (SK). Previously, she studied cultural studies at the University of Hildesheim and dramaturgy at the Zurich University of the Arts.
